Five Star Bath Solutions is looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized individual to join our growing team at our new location in San Antonio!

We're looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, takes pride in helping customers, and is comfortable managing a variety of daily responsibilities.

Experience is a plus, but personality, initiative, and a willingness to learn are what matter most! We'll provide training on our products, services, and processes.

What You'll Do

Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers by phone, in person, and through follow-up communications.
Customer Outreach: Make outgoing calls to customers and prospective customers, answer questions, follow up on inquiries, and help schedule appointments.
Office Reception: Welcome customers and visitors to our office, creating a positive first impression of Five Star Bath Solutions.
Scheduling & Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, coordinate with team members, and help keep everyone organized.
Product Champion: Learn about our bathroom remodeling products, features, and benefits so you can confidently introduce them to customers and answer basic questions.
Office Support: Assist with everyday office activities, maintain organized records, and support our sales and operations teams.
Take Initiative: Identify tasks that need attention, solve everyday problems, and help keep the office running smoothly.

Comfortable making outbound phone calls
Able to multitask and manage changing priorities
Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
Comfortable using computers, email, calendars, and basic office software

Experience & Qualifications

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or office experience is helpful but not required
Basic computer and phone skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Training provided!
