$52,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Bonuses | Up to $60,000 Annually | Full-Time + Benefits
Five Star Bath Solutions of Central Iowa is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, organized, hands-on Production & Field Coordinator to join our team.

Five Star Bath Solutions is a leading provider of high quality bathroom remodeling services, dedicated to transforming spaces into stylish and functional environments. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Production and Field Coordinator to guide our scheduling, warehouse, and execution of bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish.
This is a high-variety, hands-on position for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and getting things done. You'll play a key role in making sure our bathroom remodeling projects are properly prepared, scheduled, and completed.
What You'll Do
Warehouse & Production
- Oversee the organization and day-to-day operation of our warehouse
- Receive and organize incoming deliveries
- Stage materials and products for upcoming installations
- Make sure installers have everything they need before heading to a job
- Track inventory and identify material needs or issues
Field Measurements & Scheduling
- Travel to customer homes to perform final measurements
- Verify project details and identify potential issues before installation
- Coordinate installation dates with homeowners
- Communicate project details between customers, sales, and installation teams
Service & Installation Support
- Coordinate and oversee customer service and warranty needs
- Visit customer homes to troubleshoot and resolve service issues
- Assist installation crews on larger or more complex projects
- Help with material handling, preparation, and other hands-on installation support
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes ownership and gets things done.
The ideal candidate is:
- Experienced in construction, remodeling, installation, or a related field
- Highly organized, reliable, and accountable
- Comfortable going into customers homes to review and assist with projects
- Hands-on and comfortable using basic tools
- Detail-oriented with the ability to take accurate measurements
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- A strong problem solver who doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Professional and comfortable working directly with homeowners
- Comfortable traveling throughout the Des Moines metro and surrounding areas, including trips up to two hours away
- Physically capable of lifting and moving materials and assisting installation crews
- Comfortable with Ipad, laptop computer and using online software solutions
