We are looking for a motivated, professional Outside Sales Representative to run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners, present customized bath remodeling options, and close high-value projects.
No cold calling. No door knocking. Just real consultations with homeowners ready to buy.
This is a perfect role for top-performing home-improvement closers, solar reps, in-home sales pros, or anyone who thrives in a high-earnings, relationship-driven environment.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home design consultations with pre-qualified homeowners
- Present bath remodeling solutions using our proven sales process
- Educate customers on materials, options, and financing
- Build trust, handle objections, and close sales confidently
- Maintain clear follow-up and strong customer communication
- Consistently achieve monthly sales goals
What You’ll Need
- Strong in-home or consultative sales experience (home improvement a plus)
- A closer’s mindset with the ability to overcome objections
- Professional communication and rapport-building skills
- Comfort working evenings/weekends when homeowners are available
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Tech comfortable — able to use an iPad and digital tools
- Ability to pass a background check
Schedule
- Weekday morning/afternoon/evening appointments
- Weekend availability required (highest conversion days)
