At Five Star Bath Solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by confirming appointments, managing the calendar, and providing top-notch support. We’re looking for experienced, motivated appointment setters who know how to work the phones. We provide warm leads—your job is to get them booked.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work in a team to make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
  • Keep prospects engaged and schedule qualified sales appointments
  • Engage with customers to schedule installations and service calls
  • Work fast, think on your feet, and control the call

Key Responsibilities:

· Confirm appointments with clients via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in our database.

· Manage the calendar and resolve issues promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.

· Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback for process improvement.

· Perform other office administrative duties and assistant to the owner in day-to-day operations, as time allows.

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

· Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

· Self-starter with high accountability for results.

· Prior experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is preferred.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools highly preferred.

· Ability to pass a background check.

· Work from home options and flexibility. Some hours required after 5 pm M-TH and some limited weekend availability is a must, offset by flexible starting hours each morning. You set the bulk of your hours as you work the results.

Near Springfield, IL and surrounding areas is strongly preferred

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour
