Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated, fast-paced Full-Time Office Assistant / Appointment Setter to join our team.
This position is call-focused. Your primary responsibility each day will be making outbound calls and booking qualified appointments from warm leads. During downtime between call sessions, you will assist with office administrative tasks to help keep operations running smoothly.

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Tuesday through Saturday
- Primarily daytime and early evening hours
- In-office position
Responsibilities
Primary Focus – Appointment Setting
- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads
- Keep prospects engaged and schedule qualified appointments
- Follow up strategically to maximize show rates
- Work fast, think on your feet, and confidently control the call
- Track calls, notes, and appointments accurately
Secondary Focus – Administrative Support (During Downtime)
- Filing and organizing paperwork
- Updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
- Assisting with general office tasks
- Supporting sales and operations team as needed
Qualifications
- Strong phone presence and confident communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to prioritize calls first and shift to admin tasks when needed
- Appointment setting experience (home improvement, solar, or similar a plus)
- Competitive, motivated, and performance-driven mindset
