We are seeking individuals who describe themselves as jack-of-all-trades with an aptitude for the contracting mindset. Candidates must be trustworthy enough to work independently in a customer's home, representing our company. We are specifically looking for contractor types who demonstrate integrity and accountability. Previous experience as a laborer or in a construction-related field is desirable.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours / Location:
  • Primarily weekday day and evening shifts; weekend availability required as needed.
  • Southern CA focusing on North Los Angeles along the San Fernando and San Gabriel Valley
Job Summary
This position plays a key role in the day-to-day tasks of bathroom renovations, helping our skilled tradespeople and project managers maintain the flow of work. You'll assist with demolition, cleanup, material handling, and other essential tasks that ensure the renovation process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Install products according to company standards and client specifications.
  •  Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and to the highest quality.
  •  Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to meet project deadlines.
  •  Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns during and after installation.
  •  Site Preparation & Cleanup.
  •  Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in construction or installation roles - PREFERABLY 2-3 DAY BATH REMODELS. 
  • Experience with 1-3 day shower installations.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Physical Fitness:
    • Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
    • Comfortable working on your feet and in various environments (dirty, wet, dusty).
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in construction, demolition, or general labor is preferred but not required.
    • Experience in home renovation or maintenance is a plus.
  • Skills & Traits:
    • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
    • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
    • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn on the job.
    • Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials is beneficial.
  • Safety Awareness:
    • Ability to adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
