What You’ll Do
- Run in-home sales appointments with qualified homeowners (no cold calls)
- Use our proven 5-step sales process to present solutions
- Close deals effectively (40%+ close rate when system is followed)
- Report results immediately after each sit
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in home improvement or other high-ticket one-call close sales
- Track record of $1M+ annual sales preferred
- Goal-driven, resilient, thrives in a performance culture
- Strong ability to connect through questions and listening
